سُورَةُ البَقَرَةِ · Medinan · Verse 149 of 286
وَمِنْ حَيْثُ خَرَجْتَ فَوَلِّ وَجْهَكَ شَطْرَ ٱلْمَسْجِدِ ٱلْحَرَامِ ۖ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَلْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكَ ۗ وَمَا ٱللَّهُ بِغَٰفِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ
English: [Prophet], wherever you may have started out, turn your face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque- this is the truth from your Lord: He is not unaware of what you do-
Bengali: আর যে স্থান থেকে তুমি বের হও, নিজের মুখ মসজিদে হারামের দিকে ফেরাও-নিঃসন্দেহে এটাই হলো তোমার পালনকর্তার পক্ষ থেকে নির্ধারিত বাস্তব সত্য। বস্তুতঃ তোমার পালনকর্তা তোমাদের কার্যকলাপ সম্পর্কে অনবহিত নন।
