Surah Al-Baqara 2:193 — Meaning, Translation & Reflection
سُورَةُ البَقَرَةِ · Medinan · Verse 193 of 286
وَقَٰتِلُوهُمْ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتْنَةٌۭ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ لِلَّهِ ۖ فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوْا۟ فَلَا عُدْوَٰنَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ
English: Fight them until there is no more persecution, and worship is devoted to God. If they cease hostilities, there can be no [further] hostility, except towards aggressors.
Bengali: আর তোমরা তাদের সাথে লড়াই কর, যে পর্যন্ত না ফেতনার অবসান হয় এবং আল্লাহর দ্বীন প্রতিষ্ঠিত হয়। অতঃপর যদি তারা নিবৃত হয়ে যায় তাহলে কারো প্রতি কোন জবরদস্তি নেই, কিন্তু যারা যালেম (তাদের ব্যাপারে আলাদা)।
