فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ
English: Which, then, of your Lord’s blessings do you both deny?

'So which of the favours of your Lord will you two deny?' Resting on the gushing springs, al-Saadi notes the refrain again ties overflowing provision to gratitude. Ask yourself: abundance is easy to normalise — when water gushes freely, I stop seeing it as a gift and start treating it as a right, even wasting it. Which of these overflowing favours will I deny by taking them for granted? The refrain's relentless repetition is itself the cure: it will not let a single gushing gift pass without demanding that I stop and answer. Gratitude, the Surah keeps teaching, is not a mood that visits me but a discipline of *noticing*, repeated until it becomes who I am.
